Another day at Young Williams with some really neat people. It is always amazing to see how well people come together for good causes. Elaine Hendrix gave her time to Young Williams, as did Brittany Bailey and John Martin of WBIR. Not to mention that three Knoxville Ice Bears showed up!! What a great community we live in!

I have made a page on my website dedicated to the wonderful people who donate their time and efforts to helping find these animals homes! Julie Poole’s Gallery

Our Re-Imaging event went wonderfully! We had a blast and meeting Earl Lloyd was a real treat. He and his wife were salt of the earth people. I could have sat and spoken with them all evening. Thanks to everyone who came and made it a great success

OK, that is a quote by Bill Murray from Ghostbusters. I don’t know why it has stuck in my head all these years, but, everytime I see dogs and cats who get along perfectly, I think of it. I had to use it in some way :) There really was no human sacrifice involved. Maybe a couple of scratches on the way to the studio, but, everyone walked out without being harmed :)

Kara and her husband brought a part of their crew in. Raven the black cat cracked me up. He has really long teeth and its almost like he is smiling at you. He put his paws on my leg to let me know it was time to pick him up and hold him. These 4 cats and 2 dogs were so well behaved and so laid back. It was just a very very fun session! I think Kara can tell you the hardest part is the choosing after…. It is the fun part though!
