Downtown Dog…Extremely Limited!!

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010

If you are on my mailing list, you have already received this :-D This is open to FIVE appointments only. Evening appointments only due to the quality of light. To best serve each participant, it is limited to one appointment per day.  That way there is no rushing and it keeps its custom attributes. One Two appointment are already taken! Do not lose out on this fun shoot!

You can choose from two locations. Historic Concord, which will have a very retro feel to it, think 40′s-50′s with a soft feel to it. Pearls and high heels, leather collars and leads. Kids in pretty dresses and boys in Khaki pants.

Or Downtown Knoxville with a more trendy vibrant feel. Think combat boots and matching leashes and collars. Girls in funky sundresses and boys in jeans and wild T-shirts.  Make this fun and full of theme!

Again, this is VERY limited. Its an innovative take on an old idea. Different than what you usually will find. Which, is what you come to expect from Me! Make sure when you call to make your appointment, we discuss which look you are going for and we’ll come up with a clothing plan

$50 Creative fee which is half the normal fee.  Why? because my kids are will be of town at Nana Camp and I want to make use of this time! Please see my website for more information. “The Process” gives a detailed overview of.. the process :)

MoMo, MiMi, Piccolo and Rococo

housemanRebecca and Laurel have the most *adorable* maltese! I think they could be in advertising they are so cute. Especially little Pickle as she just hammed it up for the camera the whole time. I am so glad they brought them in for portraits and even happier they loved them so much!

Here are the fearsome foursome :)

Nelson

Sunday, October 25th, 2009

Mary Ellen brought in her dog Nelson to be photographed as a Christmas present for her husband. She also brought their cats, who, were not quite as enthused about the whole photo thing. They did enjoy sitting in Mary Ellen’s lap for a few photos though :)

An incredibly busy week!

Monday, July 6th, 2009

I am not usually this busy in the summer, but hey! I love it! The will work for food fundraiser was a HUGE success! 21 people with their animals participated and we raised almost 600lbs of Science Diet food for Young-Williams Animal Center!

I also have a bunch of other session to share from the week! Deborah and her adorable babies, The Carmicheal family who was the winning bidder of the portrait session and canvas from Weim and Cheese fundraiser and Matt and Kate, who are serving our country as blackhawk helicopter pilots! All those will be posted soon!

Back to Young Williams….

Saturday, January 31st, 2009

I love volunteering for Young Williams Animal Center. So many dogs come through there and are placed. I really enjoy all the dogs I photograph, who have to stop before and after their photo to lick me and say hi to me. I also love that I can do something to help the animals find homes.

Family at Christmas time

Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

Yes, I am behind schedule. I don’t usually post to my blog this prolifically, but, I am so busy, I have a moment and I am taking it! Along with all the animals that came in with the pet portrait fundraiser, I have had lots of families. This has been great fun for me. I really enjoy kids. Kids with their pets too. Or just kids with their parents. Mix ‘em up, however you want, I think I just enjoy them!

Here are some family photos from the last week. They are a mix of Kristy’s kids, Beth and her family, Judy and Jack too!
