FARM SHOOTS/HOME VISITS/ENVIRONMENTAL PORTRAITS
A private farm shoot consists of a photographer coming to your farm, home or location of choice and shooting all the horses/animals/people you need for personal and/or promotional purposes...and getting everything you need from halter shots, headshots, liberty, under saddle, farm shots and creative type photos. A session can include more than one subject; your horse, you and any other subject you might wish to include. We will discuss with you what you wish to illustrate in the photos and customize the session to make sure your goals are met.

One hour per subject is usually normal, but depending on the situation, I can do more. Light is a primary element in the creative photographic process, with early light and late light being ideal. The best time is immediately after sunrise until about 10 or 11 a.m. Then after 3 or 4 p.m. until sunset. A half day lasts about 4 hours. This is hard to be very definite about due to the weather.

PROOF VIEWING
A proofing session will be set up at the clients convenience. This will be done at the studio location.
A gallery online will be available.after the proofing session.

HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST?

This session fee comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally thrilled with your photos, I will return your session fee or do a reshoot. Your choice.

The session fee for the studio is $100 and the session fee for location shoots is $150.
30 day online posting of images is included(after the proofing session). Travel fees are billed at $.50 per mile round-trip if shoot is more than 30 miles from my home.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Clients may purchase selected original image(s) in high-resolution jpeg format including limited use license for selected image (s) for advertising, brochures, sales flyers, premium/prize list/program advertising and web site for $35 per image. Credit for image should be given to Julie Poole Photography.

Checks and credit cards accepted. There is a $25 fee for any checks returned
